Power Protein Balls

Power protein energy balls with oatmeal, peanut butter, whey protein, and honey

This is my favorite healthy snack- high protein, healthy fats, and slow-digesting carbs! SUPER easy to make as well (it only takes about 10 minutes to whip a batch together). One batch makes enough power protein balls to last me the week. I throw a few in a ziploc bag each morning to bring with me to work. Some people are snacking out of their office candy jars while i'm just munchin on these healthy treats. Power protein balls FTW.

Ingredients:

1 Cup All-Natural Peanut Butter

1/2 Cup Raw Honey

2 Scoops Whey Protein Powder (I personally use Optimum Whey Vanilla or Unicity Complete)

1 Tsp Vanilla Extract

2 Cups Rolled Oats

Directions:

1. Combine peanut butter, raw honey, protein powder, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl and stir for 2 minutes.

2. Slowly add the rolled oats as you continue to stir.

3. Stir for an additional two minutes (or until you are able to form balls that stick together when formed in palm of hand)

4. Enjoy! (Refrigerate the leftover Protein Balls)

This simple and healthy no-bake oatmeal protein energy balls recipe is perfect for easy snacking on-the-go! With rolled oats, protein powder, peanut butter and a touch of honey, these energy balls will keep you satisfied ALL DAY LONG!!

I'm curious to know if you have a favorite energy ball flavor? If you have a recipe you absolutely love, leave it in the comments below to share with others!
